Pamela Large Moran LL.B., LL.M. (ADR), C. Med.

Pamela Large Moran practices as a mediator and arbitrator and provides consulting and training in the area of conflict management and resolution through her company, Conflict Resolution Services (CRS) Atlantic. Prior to establishing her current ADR practice, Pamela practiced as a civil and commercial litigator in Toronto for ten years before returning to her native Atlantic Canada in early 2000. She subsequently obtained her Masters in Law in Alternative Dispute Resolution (LL.M. ADR) from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004 and her Chartered Mediator designation (C. Med.) from the ADR Institute of Canada in 2009.

Pamela has mediated and/or arbitrated Civil, Commercial, Contract, Negligence, Insurance, Personal Injury, Labour and Employment, Human Rights, Workplace and Organizational, Debtor-Creditor, Property and Environmental disputes. Further, she is a contract Adjudicator with the Indian Residential Schools Secretariat conducting hearings across the Country.

She is a past director of the ADR Institute of Canada (including past Vice-President) as well as past President of ADR Atlantic. She is also a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada (1991) and the Law Society of PEI (1999) and a Board member of the Canadian Cancer Society (PEI).

Pamela is a frequent presenter at ADR and legal conferences, as well as various professional CLE's. She has written numerous papers and articles on Dispute Resolution and related topics including for The Lawyers Weekly.
