Registration

  • Non-members are welcome and if a new membership is taken out at the AGM then a rebate of the related portion of the fees will occur. Let us know at the registration table.
  • this registration type is for any person who has been contracted to lead a presentation at the PD event part of AGM.
  • Students who are studying ADR (as a certificate or as part of a Law program) may register for the low fee.

Registration is closed

The ADRAI Board of Directors has begun planning for the AGM for 2012 and the board has decided that the meeting will take place at Saint Mary's University on Saturday, June 9 .

One of the more important pieces of business to be handled at the AGM is the consideration and vote on a new set of By-laws for ADR Atlantic, which have been the focus of a comprehensive review by the Board. 

A copy of the proposed new By-laws for ADR Atlantic is now on the “Members Only” section of the website. 

All ADR Atlantic members also receive a copy of the new By-laws not less than 30 days ahead of the AGM to comply with the notice requirements in our existing By-laws for matters to be voted on at the AGM.

Members with questions or comments on the new By-laws are encouraged to make their comments known to any member of the Committee, being Andy Butt, Finn O’Brien, Jim Musgrave, and Wendy Scott. A motion to approve and adopt our new By-laws will be made at the AGM.
